Mobile Use On the Rise

New stats out this week all point to the continued growth in the wireless industry and highlight how integral mobile devices have become in our daily lives.  Pew Internet & American Life Project released a new report and among the findings are that young adults exchange about 109.5 text messages a day and that 73% of all American adults engage in texting.  Also, as Mashable announced, Foursquare- the mobile location-based social networking site- announced that there has been over 1 billion check-ins which translates to every Foursquare user checking in about 100 times.
