Searching for a balanced path forward

Today, the FCC started a proceeding to extend net neutrality requirements to wireless networks. Mobile Future Chairman Jonathan Spalter pointed to the successful policies already in place that have helped create today's dynamic, highly competitive wireless sector and urged the FCC "to find a balanced path forward--one that keeps pace with consumers' diverse mobile interests and facilitates further wireless innovation and investment."
